The Gate House Suite is conveniently located adjacent to the breakfast room, while having the privacy of a separate courtyard entrance. The efficiency kitchen does have all the features you might expect including a cooktop.

The Carriage House Suite, our largest accommodation, is located in the Guest House.  It faces the garden courtyard with multiple private entrances opening onto a long covered porch.  The Carriage Housefeatures queen bed in the bedroom, a private bath with shower.

The living space consists of a large kitchenette with bar seating adjacent to a spacious living room. The sofa opens up into a bed for third person. There is a charge of $35 for any use of the second bed.
